Backup email server question - multiples work?

So, say one has server A, B, C, D, and E. Certainly, server A can be setup through Virtualmin to have server E as the backup mail server through the normal documented process.

But, at the same time, can servers B, C, and D also use E as their backup mail server without them disrupting each other? Not sure what the code really does, so, it seems like there could be a conflict.

For those who might ask the same question, I have reviewed the Perl code, and, it will be ok to have multiples.
