When does that occur?

One thing I might try is simply going into Virtualmin, and changing the password.

You can to that by going into Edit Virtual Server -> Configurable settings, and set the "Administrative Password".

The same here. Changing password doesn't help. Also this issue http://www.virtualmin.com/node/10270 doesn't help either. The password for this account wasn't changed outside virtualmin. Ha, it wasn't changed at all. I tried to restore the virtual-server on another server. Any other clues?
