It looks like there may be some issues with your DNS/nameserver settings.
Take a look at this here:
http://www.intodns.com/webfolder.us
You'll want to make sure those are all working properly.
Also, if you have a NAT router between your server and the Internet, you need to make sure the various ports for Apache, DNS, Virtualmin, and others are being forwarded to your server from the router.
