May I know where or how to purchase Virtualmin Pro ?

Yup! There should be a "Shop" button at the top of the page. Click "Shop", then click "Virtualmin".

From there, you can choose between the various kinds of licenses.

Thank You Eric! The exact location is http://www.virtualmin.com/catalog/19. you have to type in the /19 manually to get to the new license purchase.
