I am having this problem with squirremail and also clamAV update

OK, so I first clicked the link in your message and got a 404. Didn't notice it had a : at the end, so I poked around a bit in DNS and httpd.conf, and didn't see anything wrong. I did remove an extraneous IP:port combo in the VirtualHost section (we originally had an IP mismatch in DNS when we first migrated, but that's long been fixed, so no need for two listening addresses now). I don't think that would have made any difference here.
What I'm trying to say is I think you experienced a temporary network issue. software.virtualmin.com is running fine and repomd.xml is definitely available on that address and path.
