backups and restores failing

backups are failing on some domains with the error: Restoring Logrotate configuration .. .. Error: no log rotation configuration found for $1

when i try to restore the domains and i am only restoring hte log rotate config I get the same error.

so i ran virtualmin disable-feature --logrotate --all-domains

and i am now seeing: Use of uninitialized value in string ne at /usr/share/webmin/virtualmin-awstats/virtual_feature.pl line 380. Use of uninitialized value in string ne at /usr/share/webmin/virtualmin-awstats/virtual_feature.pl line 380.

I then ran the enable and while i stil got the errors mentioned above at least logrotate is working so the backups work correctly. I guess i'll have to check to see if awstats died as well?

hello?

If you check /etc/webmin/virtual-server/domains/ and find the record id for the domain that fails and check on the inside of that file for logrotate= entry, do you have it set to 1 or 0?

Besides, if you look to that backup archive file (which fails), what is the content of the file called host-name.com_logrotate?

I worked around the issue. I'll have to nuke the box again..once errors like this show up it's only a matter of time before it craters.
