Usermin very slow and buggy

I am in process of migrating from cpanel and i tried usermin to check if it is ok to not install roundcube but it loads very slow and finally when i go to inbox seems buggy. I cannot delete messages (if i am reading the mail delete works but if i am at inbox, select the message and click the bin nothing happens).

If i install roundcube things seems better but is it possible to have a "Log in to Roundcube" option same as "log in to usermin" option (see attachmnet)

Any ideas?

The mail for Usermin is half way through only. It's missing mail listing and many other small tweaks to make UX great.

However, you're saying that you can not delete mail while listing, and that is something odd, and shouldn't be happening. I can delete mail with no problem when using both Maildir and IMAP. What is your mail storage format set to? Have you tried reloading the browser page using Ctrl+Shift+R? Do you click on folder name in navigation menu, before actually running any operations on it? Do you have any errors in browser's console when trying to delete a message?

For you information, you can disable new mail listing in theme configuration in Usermin (just start typing in search field to find theme configuration) by setting to No the option Enable new mail UI.

Unfortunately, no.

No i cannot even list my mail. I am attaching a photo to check the error message. I restarted dovecot but still the same.

I also uploaded a gif that reproduces the problem.

i also tried grep mail_location /etc/dovecot/dovecot.conf command but returns nothing

It's just not a bug. It looks that Usermin cannot connect to your mailbox.

As a workaround, you can go to Webmin/Usermin Configuration/Usermin Module Configuration/Read Mail page and change Mail storage format for Inbox to Maildir style directory to let Usermin to handle your mail directly.

Fixed. Migration from Cpanel looks a marathon but i won't give up. Thank you for your help. We will talk soon in another post because my mails go to span and i need some help with DMARC Record :-)

Sorry again but i cannot login to roundcube anymore from this or other virtual servers. Is this related with the change we made before?

the message i receive is: Connection to storage server failed.

i restarted the server and now its ok!
