The problem is to take backup. If i put all website in www then just select the folder and zip. in home i need to select all website folder then zip.2nly its easy to search or known the website data.
That is not a problem , it depends upon how you take backup. If you use Virtualmin's builtin Backup feature then you don't have to worry about it. It allows you to download backup manually as well as can take backup regularly for each site at specified location automatically too.

Virtualmin is designed to have all the DocumentRoot's located within /home... if you move it outside of that, it no longer matches the suexec path.
My suggestion would be to use paths within /home instead.
