Subserver not working - ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

Hi Everyone.

I need some help. I added 4 subserver in my parent server about 3 days ago and until now none of them are available. The problem is ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED, which i believe that is caused by the DNSs that dont be propagate. I believe that all records are correctly created. Can anyone help me? What i have to post here to analyze?

Thanks in advance and sorry for my bad english.

Hi,

Firstly I would like to tell you that I am a newbie over here. And secondly, I would like to tell you that I am not an expert in resolving server related problems. But on the basis of my knowledge, I would try to solve your problem here.

ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED means that your domain name is not resolved by the Domain name system (DNS). So, check all your records and refresh the DNS with the help of some IT expert whom you trust better. Also, try to switch off your router. If this too is not helping you then change your DNS server and look for better DNS server like Google DNS server. Changing your cloud server won't have any disadvantages for you so choose a better cloud server which can also assist you with a data backup scheme for protection from data loss. Because it is important to keep all data records safe. This might solve all your queries.
