Webmin not starting Please HELP

Hi I have rebooted server and webmin did not start in logs I have:

Subroutine lock_all_config_files redefined at /usr/share/webmin/fail2ban/fail2ban-lib.pl line 526. Subroutine unlock_all_config_files redefined at /usr/share/webmin/fail2ban/fail2ban-lib.pl line 534. Subroutine get_fail2ban_version redefined at /usr/share/webmin/fail2ban/fail2ban-lib.pl line 544. Error: No <Directory> section found for mod_fcgid directives Error: No <Directory> section found for mod_fcgid directives Error: No <Directory> section found for mod_fcgid directives Error: No <Directory> section found for mod_fcgid directives Error: No <Directory> section found for mod_fcgid directives Error: No <Directory> section found for mod_fcgid directives Error: No <Directory> section found for mod_fcgid directives Error: No <Directory> section found for mod_fcgid directives

I've tried to switch websites to from FPM to CGI and rebooted.

PLEASE HELP

OK solved it was missing ssl certificates in one of the vhost but now websites are not working:

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to biuro.codesolution.pl. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length. Error code: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG

Try to clear browser cache. If still fail then reinstall the SSL.
