critical bug - software not usable at all all the websites are mixed up as you see in the pictures. is interesting that lovetohost.com:10000 is displayed correctly but same site on port 80 is mixed up with loventravel.com

It sounds like you may be seeing an Apache configuration issue, the wrong VirtualHost appears to be answering some requests. That's likely caused by this issue here:

Try the troubleshooting steps / solution mentioned in the above, and let us know if that resolves the issue you're seeing.

I can`t find where is the main index.php stored as well.

I am a beginer I don`t understand what you say there because I cant create any file witch does not belong to root in /var/www/html because of permission denied . Please give PRACTICAL solutions not theory - CODE!!! I deleted all the indexes and now I cant connect to virtualmin console: Forbidden. Please advice

website smallhost.net still shows content from www.love2host.com after inedx.php was completely deleted and created agai
index.php permisions:

It sounds like you're still experiencing the issues described in the document I linked to above... were you able to try the steps mentioned in it?

That document is designed to resolve exactly the problem you're experiencing though.
Essentially, there's an Apache configuration issue that's causing Apache to deliver the browser's request to the wrong website, and the steps mentioned here in this link should resolve that:

Note that removing the index.php files wouldn't have any effect on this issue, to resolve the problem you'd need to make adjustments to the Apache config, and the document above will guide you through that. Again though, if you have questions about any of the steps there, just let us know!
