Usermin on port 2000 Tabs taking a long time to load...webmin and virtualmin on port10000, no problem

Hi guys, I have just logged into one of my virtual servers usermin accounts and the tabs are taking more than 30second to load...even when swapping from usermin to mail and back.

virtualmin and webmin on the normal port are both loading fast...the problem is only in usermin.

It is so bad that the +Mail button at the top of the menu list on left hand side wont even display in order for user to send a new email without clicking back and forth between tabs. Even then, when the button finally does appear, clicking on it does absolutely nothing, essentially making usermin nonfunctional!

ah finally... After getting the shits and rapidly clicking on the +mail button about ten times...finally, something has happened...a could not login to pop3 server...authentication error has appeared on screen. That is a start!!!

Can someone explain this error to me...

My only solution at this point in time is to revert back to a different theme in Usermin. I am quite sure its the latest Authentic theme that has an issue. As soon as i enable the old usermin theme, or the gray framed theme, i have no more issues with the usermin interface and my ability to post email now works again as well.

uhoh...i created a new user in virtualmin for this same virtual server. That user can sign into Usermin no problem, however, IMAP gives an authentication failure.

Now i am really confused...my other user email account is now working, i create a new one and now its not pop3 with the issue but IMAP???

and yet, when i go back to Virtualmin>Edit Users> Email settings>Last email Login...

IMAP (fetching email) 05/13/2019 10.33 PM

Something going on here!

EDIT...AHH i know the answer to this IMAP issue. The new account uses the ftp username (this is where virtualmin is confusing.

In Virtualmin Virtual Domain User Details

Username = support @domain.com FTP Login = support.domain.com Real name = support.

Naturally one would expect that the Usermin login user = support (but this is not the case...its support.domain)

That needs fixing!!!
