Before installing virtualmin on Ubuntu 18.04

Before you install Virtualmin on Ubuntu 18.04 you should make sure you have gnupg installed on your system.

This can be installed using the command

apt-get install gnupg

This will allow Virtualmin to install without it install will fail and when you reinstall it will add another set of repositorys

Hopefully that will save a few people some time.
