Delete all button missing

There is a setting to display a 'Delete all' button in the usermin mail interface, but the interface doesn't show it any more.

..but the problem is, that I want to add a functionality not to delete all mail, but mark all mail in the folder (like Gmail), then you could move it or delete it, or anything else.

I am collecting all mail issues and requests, when I start working on mail, I will implement it the best way possible.
