For reasons described in this feature request I was forced to run a custom certbot
command, thereby generating files under /etc/letsencrypt/live/
.
So now I need directions on integrating those files into Virtualmin via the GUI, as per this comment made to a prior request for support:
Typically, even when you install your own SSL certificate, you should be doing it through the GUI to ensure all the appropriate settings and such are changed correctly.
These must supplant the previous files generated by Virtualmin->Server Configuration->SSL Certificate->Let's Encrypt->Request certificate for->Domain names listed here

The easiest way to import an existing cert is Server Configuration -> Manage SSL Certificate -> Update Certificate and Key.
