WordPress initial installation complete. It can be completed at http://hifi.cafe/coffee/wp-admin/install.php.is the link presented to me upon installation of wordpress, however it immediately forwards to the incorrect base directory. Please investigate. I will install it manually so no rush.

Howdy -- it looks like any attempt to access the hifi.cafe site is showing the default Ubuntu site, rather than any content in the public_html folder for that domain.
That can be due to a configuration issue with Apache... take a peek at this here, this explains how to troubleshoot and resolve that particular problem:
