New Sub-Server Creation overwrites all existing servers SSL certificates.

New Sub-Server Creation overwrites all existing servers SSL certificates. Deleting the new sub-server fixes issue. Turning off SSL support as a feature when creating new sub-server, does not overwrite all existing SSL certificates. I can't figure out which setting is causing this.
