Failed to initialize SSL connection

Hello!

I have installed the last webmin version, but when I access via 'https://' the brownser does not open the page, the page still at 'loading state' and get ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED in Chrome.

Here is the miniserv.error log:

I have tried to update the OpenSSL to the last LTS version 1.0.2o and the error still here. I can connect in SSH but in Webmin no.

Problem solved. The soluction was comment out the cipher list on /etc/webmin/miniserv.conf
