Theme update notification

Hi Ilia,

Every time I log in I get a Theme update notification, even if I there are no updates, it always notifies me of the same version I have installed... ok not ALL the time, sometimes there actually are a theme update. :)

Yes,

I'm aware about this. It's known issue. I will fix that. However, it will only happen when you purge browser's local storage.
