Calendar and Contacts

I am coming to Virtualmin from a long time user of Cpanel. Cpanel had a Calendars and Contact icon enabling you to use your linux server as a caldav and carddav server. Does virtualmin have this? I can't find it if it does

No, but maybe Roundcube have similar options and it comes with both GPL and Pro Vritualmin.
