I've had a previously functional Google Storage account setup and has been backing up successfully to the cloud. However, it was necessary to change the account to which the backups were going and so I set it up again. This time despite my best endeavours to get it working I'm stuck.
Refresh failed : HTTP/1.0 401 Unauthorized
Obviously I've set something up wrong but without more verbose logging of the backup and the urls sent I've got no idea at this point.
I've checked the APIs are enabled, created new projects, buckets etc but can't see what is being missed.

I've even used this site https://developers.google.com/oauthplayground to check the storage and JSON APIs.

Does it help if you remove and then re-add your GCS account in Virtualmin, on the Cloud Backup Providers page?

Yes! That actually fixed it, thanks. The difference is that the destination is now gcs:// after clearing the settings.
