Hey Jamie,
A user over on the Webmin Sf.net forums noted that the new version of the compose mail form won't let the browser auto-complete the address fields, because they are now textarea rather than simple single line text inputs. I believe this is a valid complaint (I miss it too now that it's been pointed out to me).
