Changing Qutota in VM does not change unix group

I changed the quota for these two sites to unlimited in VM but it doesn't seem to be reflected down to the Unix group level.

Actually, it the above, the '20 GB' is erroneous since they are set to 'Unlimited'. So it seems that there is a major disconnect between VM, the virtual server settings and the underlying Unix settings. This is very bad...
