Well, today I can connect from China. No figuring...
I sent an email, but this follows up with a request to add the following scripts:
http://www.atutor.ca/ which looks pretty good. Might make a good alternative to Moodle.
Another Groupware. Not sure how good it actually is, but ranks high on Sourceforge right now.
