Hi,
Recently I have installed virtualmin on ubuntu 16.04, everything works fine except that the virtualmin url https://ip:10000 sometime give Unable to connect error, even though all webmin processes seems are running normally. Nevertheless, after service webmin restart, it is accessible again.
Below is the output of a few command lines when it is unable to connect

Then, I restart webmin service webmin restart and I can access virtualmin url.
This happens occassionally (once every 1-2 weeks)
