When I check for updates on my Virtualmin Pro Server, It keeps adding the gpl update to my download. If I accidentally install this it breaks my Pro version and I have to dig up the serial number and activation code. It seems like if you have activated pro, it should not include GPL updates it is going to break it?

Howdy -- you're correct, it definitely shouldn't be offering to install Virtualmin GPL.
What is the output of these two command:
ls /etc/yum.repos.d
cat /etc/yum.repos.d/virtualmin.repo
