After new Virtualmin installation with NGINX, I restored a WordPress site and received this error:
Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress.
I see in /etc/php there is 7.0/ and 7.1/
But in /home/example.com/etc/ there is only php5/ and php7.0/
How do I choose the active PHP version in Virtualmin for NGINX, and what is causing the MySQL extension error? I've never had an issue with WordPress before until the latest version of Virtualmin.
Thanks for your support.
I fixed it by installing php5-mysql, and restarting /etc/init.d/php-fcgi-domain-com
