It's no problem to use LibreOffice, though I don't believe that has the ability to be used as a web application. I believe that's purely a standalone application designed to be installed on a desktop and used by one person.
The Install Scripts we offer are all web applications that can be run under Apache.
In the case of FengOffice, it's a PHP application that's designed to be run under Apache, and accessed with a web browser.

my bad, I saw LibreOffice on the cloud, seems it is modify by 3rd party.
shopping around, they have good deal, one time fee for lifetime

That software does look interesting! I hadn't heard of that before.
There's some limitations when providing an Install Script -- the Install Script has to work with the dependencies available on a typical Virtualmin system, and it has to be able to run from within a user's public_html folder.
It also needs to be simple to install, upgrade, and maintain.
After reviewing the requirements for OnlyOffice, it doesn't appear that it would work with the software available on a typical Virtualmin system. Sorry!
However, you can certainly still install that, and they'd likely work with you on getting it up and running -- it's just not something that we'd be able to support.

There is an open source version of LibreOffice in the cloud. The LibreOffice folks have been working with the developments done by Collabora - you can take a look at https://www.collaboraoffice.com/code/
It's freely available -- though as stated above it's not like this would be a simple drop-in to a Virtualmin environment. Collabora also does commercially supported packages. It looks to me like OnlyOffice is taking that code and providing support themselves.

Ah, very interesting, thanks for pointing that out!
It looks like in the case of both of the above options, they provide Docker images for getting that software up and running. So rather than needing to install the software itself, if you're familiar with getting Docker up and running, you could just grab one of their Docker images and use that.
