Hi,
I'm looking to update the verion of httpd on our RHEL 7 server to 2.4.6.45 (current version 2.4.6.40). Is there any news about of when/if this version will be available in the repos? The CentOS version, which I believe is what the Virtualmin packages of httpd are built from, was released on the 13th of April.
Thanks!
Sorry, should clarify - the httpd version currently installed is the version from the Virtualmin repo. Checked the Virtualmin repo again today but still no updates available.
Virtualmin is using default software for specific OS, in this case Centos/RHEL 7. So you should direct this question to their support or forum because doesnt have anything to do with Virtualmin. For what i know last httpd version for both Centos and RHEL is 2.4.6 and this version is the one what Virtualmin will use or install during fresh server setup.

No actually he has a point. Virtualmin has its own httpd packages in the VM repo. Current version from CentOS is 2.4.6.45. Current version in the virtualmin repo is 2.4.6.40. It's a moderate-level security update.
That's really weird...I have a build of 2.4.6-45 on our staging server (that's been there for ages), but it never made it into the repos. No idea why it didn't actually deploy.
But, for future reference, this is the kind of thing that's good for a ticket in the tracker; I'm more likely to see it in a timely manner (I normally stay on top of the Apache versions, but sometimes I miss them).
Anyway, I'm rolling it into the repos manually now. It should be in there in a few minutes.
