Good morning,
We have Cloudmin 9.2 running on a Ubuntu 12.04LTS host. The system is displaying a red licensing error (for the last 30 minutes or more). We've tested, and there are no issues with internet access at our location.
The error: A problem was detected with your Cloudmin license : Failed to contact licence server : Download timed out
We have the license server address hardcoded in the hosts file of the system as follows:
108.60.199.117 software.virtualmin.com
Is the software.virtualmin.com site currently down? Is this hosts entry still valid?

Howdy -- sorry, we're experiencing a problem with the software server at the moment, but we hope to have it up and running soon!
