I have users with Email, FTP and SSH permissions on the user list. When I try to edit this users the drop down under other permissions (which doesn't have that setting available) has their login shell in it (/bin/bash) I am trying to make a new user with the same kind of permissions (I want them to have email, shell, ftp sftp, the whole nine yards), how do I do that?

Howdy -- if you look in System Customizations -> Custom Shells, there is a column named "Mailbox".
In the Mailbox column, check the option in the row "/bin/bash". which will enable the shell for those users.
Once you do that, do you see the option to enable all the features you're interested in?
