The function to copy the Webmin certificate is currently broken. Pressing Copy to Webmin on the Virtualmin > Server Configuration > Manage SSL Certificate > Copy to Webmin actually copies the Certificate to Usermin.
I have read about this issue before and it said it would be fixed in the next release but cannot find that issue now.

We haven't released the fix for this yet, but the work-around is to SSH in as
