This website is deprecated, and remains online only for historic access to old issues and docs for historic versions of Virtualmin. It has been unmaintained for several years, and should not be relied on for up-to-date information. Please visit www.virtualmin.com instead.
That'd be a pretty big hassle, I think; Virtualmin is super flexible, but you'd need to manually configure a bunch of stuff to make all that work, assuming it installs nginx and mariadb from sources other than system packages.
But, Virtualmin supports nginx and MariaDB out of the box. I suspect HHVM would work OK, too, but haven't poked at it (PHP7 brings similar performance for most workloads without the pain of a compiled, and slightly less compatible, PHP version). We've also got automated WordPress installation and updates in Virtualmin Pro.
I don't think that's possible. But you can use Nginx and Virtualmin together. https://tjosm.com/4937/install-virtualmin-nginx-php-7-mariadb-ubuntu-16-04/
