Mail deleted

First of all, sorry for my storm problems of last days, i change a server and i have typical problems of upgrade and a new and old problems that kick me to upgrade quickly.

I have a big problem with one of my clients, its a headache client but in this case i think he's right

They say me have mails that not arrives and searching, searching i find the lost mail in maillog, he is the log ->

I view in a log that is 4.9 of spam, and up delete spam mails from 4 to 6, but the answer is ... what is the cause to high 4.9 of spam ?? can i search anything more ???

Howdy -- the email you're seeing there should still end up in the user's inbox.

By default, email tagged with a score of 5.0 or higher would end up in a spam folder.

It looks like SpamAssassin is considering that a 4 out of 5, which means that it doesn't think it's spam.

If you'd like to see where exactly an email has been delivered -- ie, to verify that it went to the inbox or into the spam folder, you can review /var/log/procmail.log.

If you'd like to see why an email is being considered as spam though, you could look at the X-Spam-Status header within the email, which gives all the SpamAssassin rules that have been triggered.
