Is this still happening? I've disabled all of the antispam stuff, which is what I assume is causing the problem.
Regardless, was there an error? We had a bunch of stuff end up auto-moderated (due to the spam filter), which isn't quite the same as not being able to post...I think it gives a message saying that it's been queue for moderation. But, if something else went wrong, I may be chasing a red herring in fighting with the spam filter.
