OS: FEDORA 24 Is there any existing install scripts for installing this on Fedora 24?

Howdy -- thanks for contacting us!
Unfortunately, Fedora isn't one of the distros that the Virtualmin installer supports. You can see the full list of supported distros here:

The problem is that Fedora has a fairly short lifecycle. That makes it difficult for us to support, and it can be tricky to use as a server OS.
If you like RPM-based distros, we might suggest using CentOS, along with a more modern PHP version from the SCL repo as described here:
