How can I set up an alias to receive all the email sent to unknown users?
another question is, are there any standard email users created by vitualmin , How do I find out what users postfix is accepting mail for?
It's all very confusing.
I created the catchall alias, but it does not always work. I'm not receiving all the emails sent to me (just some).

Howdy -- you can create a catch-all address by making a new email alias.
Go into Edit Mail Aliases -> Add Alias to this Domain.
For the name, select "All mailboxes", meaning it accepts email for any account that hasn't been created yet.
Until you start adding accounts, Virtualmin doesn't setup any email addresses.
When you setup a Virtual Server, Virtualmin sets up an email account for the Virtual Server owner (as long as the "Mail for Domain" feature is enabled, anyhow).
It also sets up 4 aliases for that Virtual Server owner, which you can see by going into the Edit Mail Aliases screen. Those aliases I believe are abuse@, hostmaster@, postmaster@, and webmaster@.
