Looking for guidance on how to update Virtualmin reseller theme to one of the new bootstrap inspired themes. I have currently done the following
- System Settings > Virtualmin Configuration > Theme for new resellers = "Authentic Theme"
- Created the reseller account and assigned virtual servers to them. They can login fine but see the old webmin interface
Any help on what I have missed with be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Andrew

Do you want to change the theme for all users? If so, the simplest place would be at Webmin -> Webmin -> Webmin Configuration -> Webmin Themes.

Yes, understood but my point is I have already done all that including in Webmin and Virtual. The Authentic theme is the global theme that all users see except when a reseller logs in they see the old theme with no way to change it. I even tried adding the webmin module to resellers (in Virtualmin config) so the reseller could change the theme themselves but the webmin module did not show up.

There should be a link on the left menu for resellers to change their theme.

I guess my explanation is pretty poor.
All the links you are referring to are present in the full normal theme and view as I see when logged into Virtualmin as root. However when logged in as a reseller all I see is the new screenshot I have uploaded as "reseller-screen.png', there is no left links, no way to change or select a theme. It is super stripped down with only 2 navigation links as you can see "System" and "Servers" and that's it.
All the settings in Webmin/Virtualmin relating to themes and resellers I have also included screenshots and descriptions of. Logging into to Usermin with any user is fine and uses the new theme, it is just logging in to Webmin/Virtualmin with a reseller account that puts the user back in the 90's with the theme and usability.

Wow, it looks like your reseller isn't using any theme at all - and so has falled back to the ancient Webmin default!
Do new accounts still get this UI, even after changing : System Settings > Virtualmin Configuration > Theme for new resellers?
As a work-around, you can always change the theme for a Webmin user at Webmin -> Webmin Users -> your-reseller.

OK, That solved it. No all user accounts apart from this 1 reseller (its the only reseller we have created so far) see the global webmin theme (Authentic). When I accessed the webmin user it showed the screenshot I will attach which had "Personal Choice" selected and the first option which is Old Webmin Theme. Not sure how that got selected by default as no other accounts are preset with that choice when created.
Anyhow thanks for providing a workaround resolution.
