The script for Ghost (0.7.1) is outdated and I would like to upgrade. Anyway to get it updated to the latest release (0.11.3)?

Sure ... we will release an update to the installer to support Ghost 0.11.3 later today (your system should pick it up automatically).
However, note that on some older systems I've seen one of the NPM prerequisites fail to install due to some sqlite library issue that's out of our control :-(
