In the issue tracker. There's a direct link at the bottom of your licenses page (Account->Software Licenses), a link in the main menu (Issues), in the Terms and Conditions page under "Refunds and Cancellations", and on the Account Help page in the Software Licenses section.
But, I guess I should find more places to put that link and recommendation, as we still occasionally get posts in the forum about it. ;-)
All Virtualmin Pro and Cloudmin Pro customers receive unlimited support tickets, and it is how any requests that need to be "closed" by one of the Virtualmin staff should be handled. We sometimes miss stuff in the forums, since we don't have enough staff to monitor it closely.
Anyway, I've canceled your subscription and refunded this month (since it just processed a couple days ago). So, no need to open a ticket, but if you come back in the future and ever need any support with Virtualmin/Cloudmin products, the issue tracker is the place to go.
