mails from thunderbird mail client is not working now
SSL is installed on certificate and using server hostname workks for mail servers for incomin to Thunderbird
can you suggest no errors in logs

Howdy -- what error is it that you're seeing in Thunderbird when this happens?
Also, do any errors show up in /var/log/maillog?
