What is the proper way for NGINX and Varnish to be placed on top of a Fresh Installation using FCGID?

What is the proper way for NGINX and Varnish to be placed on top of a Fresh Installation using FCGID?

From a fresh installation stand-point of Ubuntu 14.04 with Virtualmin Pro installed.

Using a hostname domain: domain1.com - example Using a hostname domain virtual server: domain2.com - example

Question 1) For instance, if you needed to place Varnish on top while retaining the Virtualmin Pro control over the setup configuration, what steps are needed?

Question 2) For instance, if you needed to place NGINX on top while retaining the Virtualmin Pro control over the setup configuration, what steps are needed?

Question 3) Has anybody successfully deployed a Apache2 + Webmin + Virtualmin Pro + NGINX and Varnish ? If so, how was this accomplished?

Are you already using Apache to host your websites, and you just want to add Nginx or Varnish as a proxy in front of them?
