Synchronize on schedule option doesn't work

When you try to set "Synchronize when Webmin starts?" or/and "Synchronize on schedule?" to "Yes" on Webmin > Hardware > System Time then unfortunately nothing happens. Both fields keeps showing the "No" option.

The page has the following explanatory note:

This form is for configuring the system to automatically synchronize the time with a remote server. Synchronization will be done using the Unix time protocol or NTP, depending on which commands are installed and what the remote system supports.

Both time and ntp commands have been installed. Also there is ntdate command installed.

Someone else reported this as well, but I haven't been able to re-produce it.

Which theme are you using in Virtualmin there?

Does it make any difference if you switch to the "Virtualmin Framed Theme" ?

The problem seems to be about NTP server: it fails to change to "Yes" when using "us.pool.ntp.org", however it changes so if just "pool.ntp.org" is used.

That is really confusing - both of those are valid hostnames

Did changing the Virtualmin UI theme make any difference for you?

OK, I see the bug now - this will be fixed in the upcoming 1.820 webmin release.
