Can you attach a screenshot so we can see what "missing" means in this context?

I do not have CentOS 6 VPS any longer, so I did a cut and paste to simulate what it looks like, but I cut it from an old install page screen shot, so its the actually icons that were used from that page, so its not a total cheat, but I am sure you will understand by looking at them, maybe its something to do with GD, but I did install that on the Server, but your Install script did not, in fact there was a few things it did not install, but I know that script is being updated all the time, and now that CentOS 7 decided to put a prefix of rh in front of every thing for php, it makes it difficult, so maybe I missed something, but imagick was also loaded manually, not sure what else would cause this, what do you use to show the icons?

That is very unusual - all those stars are just regular HTML images, so the distro version shouldn't matter at all. Also, GD isn't needed to serve them.
