The best way to explain is this is a letter from a customer.. This is not the first one but the latest one. Problems with the new interface. How can I keep my customers happy if the software is the still not working? I put off changing over to the Framed theme for a long time thinking this would be fixed. KILL THE RED BAR before I have to start looking for other software for my customers. Thanks Don Peek
Hello Don,
We have been doing business together since 2011. Your company Coastlandtech, hosts my business email server for Central Park Nature Associates (www.centralparknature.com).
Since you recently updated and redesigned your system/interface, I have been experiencing a load of technical difficulties whenever I try to access my mail. This has been going on now for a couple of weeks. When I click to open and read an email, the red progress bar/line at the top of the window often zooms by and I get a blank white window. Then when I try to click back to my email box and reopen the same email again, the same thing happens. No email list of messages, just a blank white window. The email service that I once to receive from you is now very slow and frustrating to work with. Now I have to click multiple times (and go back to the previous window) just to open a message!
What happened, and how can I get better email service? For the record, I use a MacBook Pro, version 10.6.8.
I look forward to your response.
Let's get this fixed asap.
Many thanks, Ken Chaya Central Park Nature Associates

Hi, Don.
I'm sorry to hear that your customer is frustrated. I'm doing my best to make the theme shine.
I totally agree with you (and your customer) that mail is no-way great at the moment.
However, it should work. It's possible that your client is using Safari. I understand that advising in using Chrome for instance is not always suitable but the only possible solution.
I have upcoming plan to completely rework the mail and make it look/feel contemporary (like File Manager). It's a lot work to be done in this regard. It's planned to be ready in the spring (winter, if very lucky) 2017.
You mentioned to to remove the red bar? You mean top loader? I will make it optional to disable.
Meanwhile, you could add the following to theme CSS extension to get rid of it:
In case you want the top right loader to disappear as well you should use
#nprogress
instead of#nprogress .bar

I looked and I don't know where to put the CSS patch...
It sounds like the best thing for me to do is go back to the Framed theme until the mail system gets the overhaul it needs. Thanks Don
Don,
Theme Extensions can be found at the Theme Settings page. The fastest way to get there is to type in search:
extension
Don,
Theme version 18.20 will have ability to disable the top progress bar.
