Does the "virtualmin create-proxy" work only with pro virtualmin? [#41997]

Hello, I have a couple virtualmin pro licenses and a few free ones as well. I want to know if virtualmin create-proxy only works with the pro version. If I issue it with a GPL version I get "Command create-proxy.pl was not found"

Yes, it's a pro-only feature.
