SMTP Authentication fails on outgoing mail

Setup Virtualmin with the main domain. Email sends and receives no problem.

Added several other domains to the system. I can receive email, but not send.

My situation: user@maindomain.com (receive/send) user@2nd-domain.com (receive/ NO SEND) user@3rd-domain.com (receive/ NO SEND) user@4th-domain.com (receive/ NO SEND) .........

I cannot find any of my Postfix log files, to see what the error is.

The only message I get is in Thunderbird, see below:

"Sending of the message failed. The message could not be sent using Outgoing server (SMTP) domain.com for an unknown reason. Please verify that your Outgoing server (SMTP) settings are correct and try again."

Please help I have to answer the emails!!!

Howdy -- as a temporary workaround, you could always try using Usermin or RoundCube to send email. If there's an issue with accessing the SMTPS or Submission ports remotely (which Postfix uses for outgoing email authentication), using a webmail client like one of the above may work properly.

However, it looks like you're using Virtualmin GPL there. The area here is for folks using Virtualmin Pro, or for those who purchased a support incident.

If you're looking for free help, we'd encourage you to open up a new Forum post, and the ask your question there. We monitor the Forums, along with lots of wonderful folks in the community. Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestion, but roundcube has the same issue.
