I know it was there not long ago. We have had this problem and it was fixed once.
The "visual editor" is missing from the authentic theme.
I have also asked for this before also. Do away with the drop down selector and put a file browser so I can access files in a subfolder when you are making your selection to edit. This would make it a better product.

Do you mean the HTML editor that lets you click a button to bold / italic / etc text?

Yes.. that one.. wysiwyg like TinyMCE ....
With the Content Style to use it. It is a lost without a visual type editor.
And how about file select browser to select files and not a drop down?

I just added a screen shot. Show the 4 buttons. Create,Edit,Upload,Replace..
And the "Edit" does it as "Edit as Text" and there is not a gray button. No wysiwyg editor.
(And I did check this on more than one server.. ) and they say they are up to date.

Could you switch to the old theme and check if you have it working there?

I had to change back to the old theme because of this issue. Out of 500 customers, I have about 10 who use this. It was a customer who needed to work on his site and let me know it was gone again.. But the old theme does have that working still. And I change the server back to it.. again.. lol

Don, could you post a screenshot or screencast to show us what you got?
Did you check Virtualmin settings?
