Ubuntu 16.04
When running the virtualmin install script on a fresh install of 16.04, the install script says "W: --force-yes is deprecated, use one of the options starting with --allow instead.", which is repeated several times throughout the install scripts process. The install seems to complete without issue.

Yes, your install did complete successfully.
It does look like apt is trying to do away with the --force-yes parameter though. We'll look into changing that (we just need to be careful not to break compatibility with older distributions).

Yes, the next Webmin release will stop using
--force-yes
