Howdy -- just to clarify, are you looking to cancel the license, or just the automatic renewal?

I don't need the license, so if you can cancel and credit that would be awesome. However, I did buy an annual license and understand if this isn't possible.
Either way I'd still like to cancel the auto-renewal.

That's awesome. Thanks so much for the excellent customer support.
We've used Cloudmin in the past and it is great. The main reason we don't need it now is that we're now using HyperV virtualisation rather than our previous CentOS KVM framework. The management of VMs via Cloudmin is therefore no longer needed.
